Product is fine but there was no lid in the dispenser-it was actually taped “to prevent leakage”. Wouldn’t have been a problem except they’ve changed the design and the old lid doesn’t fit.

I was skeptical first time using this however even with the cheaper price, it got everything clean. I add a little directly to stains or grease spots and works great.

I was looking for a alternative detergent to replace my current detergent because of rising cost. I have not been disappointed with Era. The fragrance is good and haven’t had any issues with it cleaning my Laundry. Will continue to use. Online only

This smells really good and gets the clothes clean and fresh. Smell also stays from the washer to when clothes come out of the dryer. I would like to see the price drop some though.

This was my first shipped purchase from Sam’s. The container had damaged threads on the spout. When the container was set up in the cabinet in the dispense position, it leaked. The leak was found days later with a loss of about 1/4 of the full container and a big mess. A feedback email went unanswered. I am leary to do any additional online shopping with Sams

I have been using this for over 30 years. It has a great scent that is still almost the same as it was years ago and cleans great. It removes tough odors and gets the stains out. As a taxidermist, things get messy. This gets the odor of death out and cleans deep. A must have for all.

I bought this detergent because of the good reviews on staining and cleaning clothes. I honestly don't see the difference in quality with other products that I have purchased, so although good, for me it has not made a difference in terms of its effectiveness as some reviews say, of course I respect opinions, but this one has not made me I can say...wow what a good detergent. It's just been a regular laundry detergent.

My family personally has been using this product for over 10 years and my parents have used it forever before that and continue to uses it. We have been buying this at Sam's Club the entire time until sometime in the last year or so they stopped carrying it. Unfortunately even though some products seem to sell well at least where I am at, the corporate side decides to pull for some new product that does not even last a season. Please bring back to the stores.

Please bring back to Roanoke VA club. I ordered this several times, and my most recent shipment had a broken cap, along with busted Dawn Dishwashing liquid. If you will not stock in club, Please please tape the tops tightly to the bottles. I realize it could have been handled roughly by delivery driver, however, a little extra time taping and using bubble wrap would help cushion the products
