We're sorry that you're having this experience. This certainly isn't what we'd expect, since our Dusters are designed to trap and lock dust, dirt, and allergens. For best results, make sure to fluff the duster before inserting it on the handle. To do this, hold both ends of the duster and quickly move your hands up and down in a see-saw motion (alternating up and down). You may also pull at the fibers to further fluff them.
