Our dentist recommended we use it with our water pik prior to brushing, 2 capfuls with warm water. I had a case of gingivitis. It cleared right up within a week. Teeth and mouth feel cleaner with its use.

I have had back to back orders across multiple days now where the delivery of this item was incorrect. Sams is sending nasty Clean Mint flavor instead now of Smooth Mint for all orders. Do not buy this if you want Smooth Mint.

Just like other consumers, this mouthwash will leave a weird taste in your mouth for the WHOLE day effecting the taste of everything you eat! I used this mouthwash at around 7:00 am and it is 8:30 pm and the taste of the mouthwash is still in my mouth. It has negatively impacted the taste of everything I ate today. So unfortunate.

I used this mouth wash for the first time before going to bed. The next day I couldn’t taste anything. It’s the same each time I use this mouthwash so I finally looked it up and apparently it effects certain people. There should be a warning on the label.

I used it for the first time before bed after brushing my teeth. It left a weird metallic taste in my mouth. The next morning, I could still taste it!I didn't use it the next morning after brushing my teeth, but I couldn't get the taste out of my mouth. It distorted the taste of everything and made it taste bitter. Even water tasted horrible. Now I'm stuck with 3 bottles that I can't use.

Returned this product due to watered down taste and left a metallic taste & feeling. I bought the same product in a single bottle at Walmart, darker in color and much better taste. I suspect the 3 I purchased were from a lot that was rejected at the manufacturer’s location.
