They are very long and good for sleeping in and very comfortable as they aren't bulking like other overnight pads I've tried. Have not had any issues with leaks thus far so would definitely recommend them.

It took me a few times to figure out exactly how to position them for best use. I didn’t realize that the middle part could be stretched out better and has little pleats on the sides to help stop leaks. But once I figured out the positioning I am a fan. They start out very thin but if you have any leakage they plump up a bit. The urine isn’t against the skin at all. I have no breakthrough leaks at all and would highly recommend these Always Discreet Pads.

With every little sneeze or laugh I have a slight classed leak. These are very absorbent and nice and skin and feel like you are not wearing an extra protection. They work great and there is not a smell at all while wearing these for the day. I would completely recommend for anyone looking for a little back up on the daily.

They were discreet, and look like a period pad, so no one would be able to tell it’s for incontinence opposed to periods! They are comfortable, sleek packaging, and I felt as if they kept me dry all day. I also felt it kept any smells to a minimum. These are pretty great and I did not feel like I was wearing an adult diaper!

These incontinence pads are amazing! They help keep the urine smell that is embarrassing when you are out in public places! And the pads hold so much pee! And it helps keep my underwear from being ruined so I recommend these Always incontinence pads, lol Always.

I have always been open to try different brands but I find that this is pretty good. Very dependable and always gives the protection you are looking for
