We do extensive research and consumer testing when we design our products to create features that we think you'll love, Beverly, so we're sorry to hear this hasn't been the case with your recent Always Discreet purchase. We know that preferences can vary from person to person, and we always take consumer feedback into account when making changes or designing future products, so we'll be sure to let our team know you'd like to see wider pads. Your satisfaction means everything to us, so if there's anything else we can do for you, then please don't hesitate to give us a call at (855) 206-8286.
