Very absorbent so no worries it has an inner channel that absorbs most of the fluid. It's like an indentation. There was no irritation.very good pad for being discreet and no leaks

These are so good guys and you need to try them yourself. They smell amazing and they keep you from having any odors and they keep you dry by absolutely absorbing everything which keeps you from getting any rashes or anything like that. They are long and discreet because they are like the same size as a regular maxi pad. They have the rapid dry core and they are lightly scented so fresh smelling. You should try them if you have bladder issues 😊
