These by far as the best I’ve tried thus far. You can’t even tell you are wearing them either! I stay dry and will definitely be buying again.

This product does not hold bladder leakages at all! I got caught off guard. I had an accident because I thought it would protect me, because on the bag it says.”EXTRA HEAVY’, but in fact, it doesn’t hold or protect you at all! Always should be made to take that statement off the bag because it is false advertising! Do not purchase these if you have bladder leaks because it will not protect you and your clothing. I should’ve known better when I looked at the picture where it was placed next to the poise pads; it was obvious that it could not do the job that was intended. AVOID AT ALL COSTS!! Extra Heavy? That is a Joke!

Initially seeing how thin they were gave me slight hesitation when I first used one because I feared it would not be able to absorb liquid quickly enough, nor that it could possibly provide extra heavy protection. My fears immediately abated after using just one of the very long pads. It is impressive that they so quickly wick away the liquid from my body and lock it inside the middle part of the pad. I know how great these work now for surges and for little dribbles, and I am totally on board to wear these with 100 percent confidence for the rest of my incontinent days! The pads impressively stay in place, as well, so I can work out wearing one and not worry about shifting, or even sleep in one and not worry about leaks! These pads are extremely absorbent and very comfortable. The surface layer is super soft and gentle on the skin, there are two rapid dry layers to keep skin dry and fresh with added fresh light scent to help neutralize any odor. The glue works well and keeps the pad reliably in place even with movement, and the stretchy sides assure that the spontaneous leaks stay contained in the center of the pad. I’m happy for the peace of mind that these pads give me and highly recommend them!
