They have channels that draw the liquid away and the top lining keeps you feeling dry. The light fresh scent is nice, and they stay in place throughout the day. A must to keep on hand for dealing with incontinence.

I have tried numerous pads of different lengths and fluid capacity, and so far these are the best yet. I have issues when I get out of bed or stand up. These do the trick more than others. I’m not saying that they don’t prevent leakage sometimes, because they do, but most of the time these are more than sufficient. They are a great length and wide enough at the front and back of the pad. I’ll be buying these again.

Normally, I prefer pads with wings, but these work really well without wings. They are long enough, absorbent, and I hardly noticed them.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] These were amazing mostly. They did help keep me dry and they also kept any odor away. They were very comfortable to wear out and about. But the one bad thing is that as I am overweight they did not stay in place all the time. I feel if they had wings they would be a better fit.

Great absorbancy and they aren't too bulky for how absorbent they are either. Not sure about incontinence but worked great for a period lol.
