I know its for heavy bladder leakage, but these guys felt like they were for after pregnancy pads. They were huge. From my bellybutton to my crack. The Always Discreet Extra Heavy Regular Pads 6 33 count are super absorbable and easy to apply. They stay put too. I tried to upload photos however I kept receiving an error message.

These are comfier than wearing a full pad, which makes me have a diaper effect. Even better they did a great job of protecting my clothes and not leaking. Overall great product.

These are quite absorbent which is great but they’re so narrow which I don’t like because they leave plenty of room for leaks from sides on my undies but if they add wings to the side I’ll love these. So despite these being more absorbent, they’re not as protective as I need them to be.

It’s always been a brand you can trust over the others and I love that there are different varieties for all types of sizes and monthly flows.

The pads do not slip off, or to one like like other pads. I like that the pad itself isn't super bulky like most brands of pads that claim the same thing. I feel secure and don't worry about leaks when I wear them. The cost is great! They're cheaper than most brands out there as well.
