[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] These pads work perfectly when needing a light coverage. I know these are for bladder leaks, but they also come in handy for a lighter cycle. These are comfier than wearing a full pad, which makes me have a diaper effect. Even better they did a great job of protecting my clothes and not leaking. Overall great product.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I am really pleased with Always Discreet Extra Heavy Pads for several reasons. I like that each pad is individually wrapped. They provide protection on really heavy days with no embarrassing leakage, nor did they feel uncomfortable or look like I was wearing one. The piece of mind that provides is priceless. The only negative thing I have to say is regarding packaging. The extra heavy 6 pads are Long pads, but front of package doesn't say that, however on chart on back does. I didn't mind they were long, but not everyone might not want long.

I found this item to be absorbent and it started in place. It did not show through my clothing, which was a plus. Not the yep of product you’re excited to use, but it works very well!

I would say the lighter coverage is probably sufficient for me but what was nice about this packaging was that I noticed a chart on the side that would help you figure out what coverage was good for you based on size and leakage.
