These pads are longer so they give plenty of coverage in the front and back. I have experienced no leaks with using these. I tend to grab for These when I know I'll need them for longer periods of time or when I'm sleeping. These are heavy duty but not bulky and that is really a plus. I don't even feel like I'm wearing one and to me that's one of the most important aspects of pads.

The only downside to them is that they are a little too thick for my liking. One good thing about them is that normally pads like this bother me and are itchy and these don’t do that. Would definitely buy these again. Other pads, I’ve had to change more frequently than I had to change these. These seem like they hold more.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The absorbency on the Always Discreet pads 6 drop regular length is tough to beat. As you can see, it holds about 1 cup of water before spilling over. The inside turns to gel, so you don't leak through. They were comfortable and didn't give me the “I have a giant pad on” feeling. I removed one star because there were no wings. Wings are necessary!
