It does not feel like I am wearing a giant diaper and they are very absorbent. Yeah, I do have some post-partum bladder leakage stuff too…but I’d say these are too heavy for that kind of coverage.

They work great for heavy periods when I was young and now that I'm older I use them for incontinence. And they will hold 2 cups of urine, also, and I would know. And never have I had them leak and that's what I LOVE about Always. And of course they have odor protection and that's even a bigger plus and they aren't bulky between your legs.

Good absorbing pad and doesn't show through my panties or pants. Cute flower packaging. Can wear for hours before changing. Does the job it needs too.
