[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've been using the #6 Always Discreet Extra Heavy Regular Pads for about 2 weeks and i actually love them. They are long and wide, so the protection is there all around. I weigh 356lbs and apple shape so please believe me when i say these are the truth! I went on a camping trip last weekend, and these came in handy especially with a night of drinking. They almost remind me of the underwear but in a light pad form. I feel confident wearing the 6 and it's not noticeable which gives me more confidence. I don't feel the pad when I'm moving around through the day and the absorbency is unmatched in my opinion.
