These pads are attractive (I love this color purple, not like I'll be looking at them all day though) and the adhesive works great. They don't slide around in my undies or bunch up between my thighs. I did a "test-pee" and they are absorbent and don't leak. Looking over my shoulder, the pad outline is not visible when I'm wearing my khaki trousers, so they are indeed "discreet". Good product. Will buy again.

That is why this heavy pad is perfect for those kind of days. The heavy pads help me a lot to be blood stain free.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] these always discreet extra heavy pads are great for bedtime. the size, shape and thickness allow me to sleep feeling secure. they are so soft, quite absorbent and just the right shape for great coverage. the stick-on side holds securely, but removes easily with the whole pad coming apart. very pleased!

I’ve been using these pads for a long time and have always gotten the size 6 because they helped me with my heavy flow. When I went to go buy some today I noticed that the packaging changed, and that’s not wrong but when I opened the bag up I thought I got the wrong size. They looked like a size 4 so I looked at the size I got and they were a size 6. They raised the price up too, and they shrunk the sizes as well? The size 6 is not how it was before, it was super long and wide, but now it’s not as long as before and not as wide. It looks like a size 4 and feels like one, if you’re going to make the pads smaller lower the prices. Or make them how they used to be, the size 6 isn’t even for heavy flow anymore.
