I know its for heavy bladder leakage, but these guys felt like they were for after pregnancy pads. They were huge. From my bellybutton to my crack. The Always Discreet Extra Heavy Regular Pads 6 33 count are super absorbable and easy to apply. They stay put too. I tried to upload photos however I kept receiving an error message.

As you can see, it holds about 1 cup of water before spilling over. The inside turns to gel, so you don't leak through. They were comfortable and didn't give me the “I have a giant pad on” feeling. I removed one star because there were no wings. Wings are necessary!
