Love this product! Great to use on light days!Always Discreet Incontinence Pads Moderate Absorbency Size 4 108Ct very affordable. Comfortable to wear. I do wish it had wings.

Changed in 2020 for the worse

Changed the design in 2020, was the best incontinence pad, now the worst. Does not fit well, holds very little and uncomfortable. Don't waste your money

Absobency issues!

This product does NOT compare favorably with other brands. I was VERY disappointed & would not recommend this pads to anyone. They do not "hold" much at all & will wet though. They also leak. All in all they are pretty usless!

unecessary perfume smell on pads

5 stars if you can rid the unecessary perfume scent. The scent label was so small that it makes me think you intentionally tricked people into buying a product that smelled bad by adding perfume to mask the material smell.

No more embarrassing moments

These hold minor leaks well. Thin and doesn't show through pants. Great for woman who leak during coughing or sneezing and laughing. Very comfortable. Other brands are very bulky and definitely not discrete.

I really like always pads because they offer u complete support night or dry and I stay dry and they are affordable and easy to find at stores I have been using always pads for years

Comfortable and absorbent

Always Discreet incontinence pads are comfortable, absorbent and there is no odor coming from your pad. These are my 2nd choice when it comes to incontinence pads

bring back envive

it's a nice product but I was a fan of the earlier product called 'envive' which had a much flatter profile. Also this new pad leaves adhesive behind when removing it. Not pleasant!!! used to buy envive but now going to other brands :(

How is this Regular length?

These pads are almost 2" longer than the Poise regular. They're huge! Nothing discreet about them, they show in the front and back and feel uncomfortable. I'm not tiny- these are way too big.

I can understand how frustrating it can be when your incontinence product is uncomfortable to wear. The Always Discreet pads are thin and long to fit discreetly under your clothes, while still proving maximum protection. Each absorbency level has a regular and a long length. We provide an absorbency chart on the side of the Always Discreet package to help you decide which pad is the best for your needs.
