We appreciate your feedback regarding the Always Discreet pads. I am sorry you were not satisfied with the length of the regular pads you purchased. I can understand how frustrating it can be when your incontinence product is uncomfortable to wear. The Always Discreet pads are thin and long to fit discreetly under your clothes, while still proving maximum protection. Each absorbency level has a regular and a long length. We provide an absorbency chart on the side of the Always Discreet package to help you decide which pad is the best for your needs.
