I bought the Regular Moderate Absorbancy size. First of all if these are not the long ones I can't imagine how long the long ones are. The regular size is a bit too long for me. But the worse part of this pad is that the sticky glue does not total remove from my panties. And you can't pull what's left off the material. Going back to Poise.

I used Poise products for two years. For the past 6 months I have been using Always and found them to be much more comfortable and discrete. I use one level higher than I actually need. I am 58 years old and have no desire to sit in a rocking chair. I am taking riding lessons and need a comfortable, discreet pad for wearing under tight riding breeches. However, twice now the Always pad failed and leaked and I found that all the absorbent filling had escaped the seams and was all over the inside of my pants rendering the pad useless and of course I leaked and got my clothing and saddle wet. I thought these were made for active use. I don't know if these are just flukes and escaped quality control but I can't take a chance. I will be going back to Poise. Too bad. I really prefer the Always brand.

I’m very active and walk a lot always on the go and these kept up and did a great job . They are not bulky and they didn’t shift when I was doing rigorous work at my job . The leak protection is superb and will definitely keep buying and getting for my daughters as well

These were the only pads I'd buy becuz they fit me best and had good absorbency. But you lost a long-standing customer once you added that GOD-AWFUL perfume scent to the pads. Not only does that stuff STINK, you add wayyy too much! it's overpowering and darn near nauseates me. Why did you have to go and mess up a good product? Please start back offering NON-SCENTED!!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Always Discreet Moderate bladder pads have a nice scent so that you do not have an unpleasant smell from bladder leaks, has an elastic like side to keep leaks in the pad and not on clothing. Has a set texture and dies not chafe. One thing that I would like to be improved is that when you are a bigger woman, the pads scrunch up and move and come out of the underwear partially so I was very concerned that yhey would fall out in front of items on the floor. I also like that the pad is Discreet so Noone knows that you are wearing one.

I don't normally use pads for my period unless it's the beginning and the end, because we all know what that looks like! Tampons are just too much for those times, and these pads are the perfect fit for the nasty downtown beginning!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Always Discreet Pads are great for minor leaks when you have had three children and have accidents when you sneeze or run. They keep you surprisingly dry and they are not bulky but smooth and comfortable. The best part about these is that are are so much more absorbent than they feel. I use these daily and will continue to do so.
