Their called discreet for a reason. Even though they are considered moderate #4 they are very thin and not bulky at all . Let’s face it as wee get older out bladder doesn’t all ways cooperate! This is a great little pad to use and can carry in a purse or bad without taking up much room. I hope this review helps you .

I expected so much more from the way this product was marketed.....the absorbency was poor..i leaked through and did not have a change of clothes at work...then the sticky part of the pad sticks to the panties and I had to literally pick the "paste" off....I will not buy this product again.back to poise....

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] These pads are aptly named, because they're very comfortable, I can't feel them when I'm wearing them and I can feel confident knowing they're not showing through my tightest of pants, like some of the bulky pads I've used. I like the fresh fragrance, which isn't overpowering. They adhere well to my panties and don't get bulky and scrunch up when they get wet. They absorb quickly, so I don't feel wet and uncomfortable. They do the job for me.

This particular Discreet pad is a fantastic product. I love how the adhesive on the pad is full coverage. I can confidently wear knowing that it is securely placed.
