I ordered these because what I usually order was Out of Stock. First off, I noticed how flimsy they are but I see they are supposed to be absorbent without the thickness, Wrong. Then, I noticed they do not want to stay in place in the under garments. Well that defeats their purpose. Then, the burning skin irritation starts. Well this is something new and painful. I paid $25 for a box of these scented, non-stick, flimsy, skin irritating, three hard pregnancies, bladder leak tissue paper feeling pads. I feel totally ripped off and I would really like a refund so I can burn these in my fire pit!!!!!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've been using the Always Discreet Incontinence Pads for about 2 weeks and can't believe how comfortable they are. And even though these pads are thin they act like the thick pads. They hold just as much liquid as the thick pads. I love the little tiny elastic along both edges so there is no leakage.

They hold up extremely well and haven't had them leak out on me yet. I am so glad that these are comfortable and don't feel like you are wearing a pad at all

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The ALways Discreet Moderate Pads were good in absorbing and feeling comfortable and clean, however I did find that they tend to move and not stick long enough on underwear. I think if these had extra reinforcement on the sticky side or wings, it would do a better job at staying put. However, they still absorb what they need to and would consider buying if my go to is not available.

Just one of these pads overnight and no over spill by morning time. Fits right and stays on unlike some other pads brands. I would definitely recommend these superior pads.
