Their called discreet for a reason. Even though they are considered moderate #4 they are very thin and not bulky at all . Let’s face it as wee get older out bladder doesn’t all ways cooperate! This is a great little pad to use and can carry in a purse or bad without taking up much room. I hope this review helps you .

They are very soft and do not irritate my skin. They stay in place, fit we’ve well in my panties and give good coverage. No one can even tell you are wearing them. I have not experienced any side leakage or odor while wearing them.

They are simple to use...just peel off the adhesive protector and press into the crotch portion of your undergarment. The adhesive is strong and holds the pad securely in place. The only reason I'm not giving this product the full 5 stars is that the adhesive is so strong it will occasionally leave sticky residue on my undergarments.

Hello, I love the panties and the pads i have to use both together, here is my issue the large are too small as my lower is smaller then upper body but the XL is way to lose of a fit to keep from leaks if too lose they will leak... I wish you had a size larger then the large but not as big as the huge XL maybe instead of 3 sizes (s/m) (L) and (XL) maybe have a small and a med and a large and then a XL and XXL for those that might need a larger. I have such and issue over night i have to use the largest pad you make and put them inside the largest pantie you make, i wish u had a ""booster"" a pad with no plastic on the back so they can be used inside the pantie one once the Booster is full it would fill the pantie, other companies make these i only wish Always Brand did as well as i like your brand better they are more comfortable and smell better and do absorb more then others do.

I bought this product because the Poise pads were just not enough. I like the width and thinness of the Moderate but they are too long! I don't think they need to come within 3-4 inches of the waistline of my pants. Having said that they work well, no leaks or odor. Maybe just make a shorter version for people like me and others on here who have commented on the length being too long. Can't imagine what the long ones are like!

I really like the performance of this product. It absorbs quickly and is very comfortable. My biggest complaint is that it has a very strong, clinical scent. I can smell it all day long and it has started to transfer to my clothing. The major competitive brands have little to no scent.

I really like these pads they are comfortable and absorbed but it leaks on the side a lot. So, I find myself changing not only the pads a lot my panties as well. Which defeats the purpose of wearing the pads. I may have to go up to 5 but it still shouldn't leak on the side like that.

They are the perfect panty liner for when your flow is lighter, when it's just starting or just ending. I was able to wear it with thong underwear even! They are very absorbent for their size! Excellent product overall!
