They leak! I have used other brands of moderate with good results. These have leaked every day for the week I have been using them. Time to do the laundry, because I am out of clean, dry pants. How on earth is it possible for them to leak through?! Horrible product. I'm sorry I wasted my money. I only bought them to try because I had a coupon. I'm disgusted!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I’m a loyal Always customer. These moderate pads really work and absorb throughout the day. I wear these between day 2 and 3 of my cycle. I felt comfortable in between changing them out and didn’t worry about leaks.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] These work as needed. However, they are a little too big for my liking. The absorbency is definitely there, but maybe next time I will try a different size and like them more. I would recommend them to a friend.

What did you do to the pads? I used the Moderate Regular length mostly, then the lighter pads for going out and summer use. They are all different and they do NOT hold the liquid(s) as it used too! Go back to the original...looks like others too are not happy! They are thinner (width wise) and way too long. I'm only 125#, very petite, to narrow. The material is less absorbent and I've had many leaks outside the pad when the old ones did NOT do this! Fix it...or I'll look at alternatives though I'd rather not.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Received these in time for my monthly cycle. I have to admit to being hesitant in trying them especially when I saw that they had no wings. I must admit to my surprise they worked great if not better than the pads I normally buy with wings. I didn't feel like they were too bulky, or uncomfortable. They were small, light weight and mighty. I do believe these pads have convinced me to think differently about the pads with wings vs the ones without. I guess it comes down to comfort level. I will get more on my next trip to the store.

I just had to write a review about this product after trying Tena and Poise. I used Poise for a long time but still ended up having accidents. Even using the moderate thick uncomfortable pads. When Always came out with this discreet pad I was reluctant to try it because they are "the period pad" company. Well I am really glad I did,this pad was put to the test one day in the dental office. I was having routine x rays done and I always gag when they try to x ray the back teeth. Well I gagged really bad and it caused me to leak, and not just a little. This happened about 4 times and all I could think was that my pants were going to be all wet because I leaked so much. As soon as I was done I went to the rest room to change and find out how embarrassed I would be walking around with wet pants There wasn't a drop of wetness on anything but that pad. That convinced me I would be buying these pads. I use the moderate long length. They are thinner then other moderate but hold so much more liquid. Good Job Always I am so happy to finally find a pad that works for me.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] These pads work really well. They are thin, light and highly absorbent. They attach well and stay put no matter how active you are. Also, they do not get on the way of any physical activity at all. Well made and well designed. Highly recommend!

I love the long length and the thinness and absorbency of the pad. Occasionally the adhesive sticks to my underwear and I have to wash and dry the underwear before I can remove the adhesive. But that is a minor inconvenience compared to the protection and comfort I feel with these pads. Thank you for making them as I was using the Always pads for period protection to help with my occasional incontinence.
