I turned to ALWAYS DISCREET. I get 100% protection. You can choose your level of protection from 2-6. This one is a level 4 which is good for moderate issues. I love the RapidDry Core. Fluid turns to gel so it keeps me dry. This is super important! There are 20 pads in this package. Each pad comes wrapped in a nice little discreet pouch.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] When I first opened this package of Always Discreet Moderate Pads, I knew right then that these would be the perfect pads for me. It is not too thick or too thin and it was not detectable under my clothing. It covered me perfectly, front to back, without being overly long. I felt very protected once I read that it had an absorbent inner layer and that it drew any leakage toward the center of the pad. I found this to be very true once I wore it and tested it out! I also liked the fact that it was designed with higher sides, LeakGuards, and that it was scented lightly and neutralized any wetness. If you have any episodes of bladder leakage, I would definitely give these pads a try. I think that you will find, as I did, that they will give you confidence to wear any outfit in your closet! These pads get a 10 out of 10! I would definitely recommend them to anyone who experiences bladder leakage. I don’t think you will be disappointed!

I feel very confident while wearing these that there will be no leaks. They do not seem to move or shift around even while sleeping and they keep you dry and comfortable.

I do t have to worry about leaks and they are very comfortable and light. I would absolutely buy these again.

I have been using Always Discreet Moderate pads for years, but the latest “new and improved” package is a bitter disappointment. The absorbency is next to nothing, the pads leak, and there is little to no odor control. I am exremely unhappy, and will be switching to a different brand.
