Smaller than you think—think pantyliner

These should be advertised as pantry liners. They’re small and short, so don’t provide full coverage where you’d really need it. I normally wear 4-longs, but thought they were a bit much %26 bulky, but I’ll be going back to those as they at least cover you.

Do not buy, they are a complete let down!!

These were such a waste of money and a cause of an embarrassing situation ! I usually get poise and wanted to give these a try because the poise pads can be bulky and not as discreet. However the 1st time wearing this pad,I had to go and I wasn't able to make it to the restroom, the pad didnt help at all, I wet myself. It was extremely embarrassing and had to find a way to leave work without any one knowing so I could go home and change. That would not have been the case with the poise pads, poise saved me more than once, I will not be buying these again! These are good for someone with small bladder leaks, and not a moderate situation as advertised. Back to my tried and true poise pads.

Very disappointing purchase

These are not pads; they are very thin panty liners. I normally buy Walmart's own brand, Equate, for moderate leakage and they are actual pads. Far superior to these from Always. I am very disappointed and now I am stuck with all of these "pads" that I cannot use.
