I use to love these over Poise. But I think I might have to go back to Poise. Let me tell you why. You made this particular product about a half an inch or so longer. I have no idea why. If I wanted a "Long" I would purchase one. This is supposed to be a regular length. I am so sad. I bought 3 packs of these online. I usually buy the 66 ct. I noticed the longer length and thought it just must be the smaller packages that had the changed product in them. I proceeded to purchase a pack of 66. They were the same! Now since I opened them I can't return them so I am stuck. I will use them because I bought them and I have to, but I liked them before the change you made. I think they are just a tad thinner too. :(

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have a sometimes heavy flow and when I am at work or out being active and I don’t know how often I’ll be able to get a bathroom I prefer to double up and wear a pad just in case. These are great for discreet wearing. They don’t add any bulk to your underwear and no one can tell you’re wearing them and they do pick up leaks very well. I also let a coworker wear one for normal use and not just as a back up and she said they worked very well as a primary defense for her Period

It stayed in place and lasted me longer than some other brands- it was slightly bulkier/ more noticeable in certain pants I wore .

These pads are great for when my period slows down but I still need that extra protection. I know that I won’t have any issues with leaking, and I don’t look like I’m wearing a diaper. I would absolutely purchase again and recommend!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] These pads were really absorbant. I liked the fit of them and I love love loved the fact that they held in odor. They were really good with my movements. The downside is that I wish they had wings because for me they tend to ball up inward.

These provide alot of protection even when the accidental heavy gush happens. I dont feel nervous when i wear them, and i feel confident throughout the day. They stick well and dont make noises.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The Always Discreet Moderate pads provided the protection that I needed. I felt the pad was a bit to wide though. It is a good alternative to other styles of bladder leakage wearables. I would buy this again.

I have tried all pads and this by far has been the best fit, I feel dry even if it wet and long enough for that coughing fit. I have bought 2 packages already and I feel more confident leaving the house with it, as before i had to take a couple of reg pads because they were not too absorbent. I love it and since Im only 44 and have this problem now for 14 years I do recommend them to friends and family.
