[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Always discreet is 100% protection, it's moderate for bladder leaks. The Always discreet pads has a rapid dry core. I am 43 years old, my bladder leaks started when I was 42 years old. I can sneeze, laugh, or cough and I will have a small leak accident. This is my first time trying Always discreet and they are truly amazing. When wearing them it feels as if I don't even have them on, that's how comfortable they are, and when wearing them I can remain dry throughout the day. The Always discreet pads are absolutely amazing and I absolutely love them. I give the Always discreet an A+++

I bought the Regular Moderate Absorbancy size. First of all if these are not the long ones I can't imagine how long the long ones are. The regular size is a bit too long for me. But the worse part of this pad is that the sticky glue does not total remove from my panties. And you can't pull what's left off the material. Going back to Poise.

Without going into a menopausal rage I can't express how disappointed I am with this product. Its more of a liner than an absorbancy pad. The product drop or number description is exclusive to their brand because it sure doesn't compare to any other. I'm now stuck with 162 liners that are of no use what so ever. Do your homework before buying these.

They are thin enough so they don’t show through my clothing. And they work well! No leaks throughout the day and no odors! Thank you for a great product!

I wish it is slightly longer for better protection. The surface can be softer because it rubs a bit after walking around.

These pads were great after I had surgery and had some incontinence. I have also used these pads when I am on my period. Always is a brand I trust and will always choose for personal protection.
