[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Having a bladder leak problem, I am always looking for good protection. Always Discreet Moderate pads work well for my particular issue. Each pad comes wrapped individually with minimal packaging. The pad has several layers and the top layer dries quickly and feels dry and clean. Each leg opening has an elastic piece that keeps leaks in. Comes in several different choices to provide the best protection for your particular leak such as drips, surges, etc. I will continue to use this brand and recommend them.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] These pads are thinner than other brands and comfortable to wear. They are not bulky, but that being said they are designed for light /moderate leakage. I would not wear these if you have a more serious problem.

They leak! I have used other brands of moderate with good results. These have leaked every day for the week I have been using them. Time to do the laundry, because I am out of clean, dry pants. How on earth is it possible for them to leak through?! Horrible product. I'm sorry I wasted my money. I only bought them to try because I had a coupon. I'm disgusted!
