[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've been using the Always Discreet Incontinence Pads for about 2 weeks and can't believe how comfortable they are. And even though these pads are thin they act like the thick pads. They hold just as much liquid as the thick pads. I love the little tiny elastic along both edges so there is no leakage.

The one and only thing I don’t really care for is they have a light flowery scent to them.

Sticky ends don't stick even after just putting into panties. After a hysterectomy, I found that a sneeze would cause urine to leak. I tried both Poise and Tena and they contained the leakage perfectly. I bought a large package of Always Discreet and tried them. After sneezing or coughing the pads leaked out and over onto my panties and dress pants. I threw your product away and have not recommended it to friends. Always did not do their research correctly. i

I used Poise products for two years. For the past 6 months I have been using Always and found them to be much more comfortable and discrete. I use one level higher than I actually need. I am 58 years old and have no desire to sit in a rocking chair. I am taking riding lessons and need a comfortable, discreet pad for wearing under tight riding breeches. However, twice now the Always pad failed and leaked and I found that all the absorbent filling had escaped the seams and was all over the inside of my pants rendering the pad useless and of course I leaked and got my clothing and saddle wet. I thought these were made for active use. I don't know if these are just flukes and escaped quality control but I can't take a chance. I will be going back to Poise. Too bad. I really prefer the Always brand.

I definitely recommend this brand and this size!!! I usually use supper but now on my lighter days I’ll definitely use these!

Bought this product [ moderate ] to try because I have been using store brands and they are too thick for comfort at times. Don't use Tena or Poise way too much money. I am in love with your product , it has everything I have been looking for. I have been wearing pads for 15yrs. Just bought my second pkg. There are times when I need to change but most of the time 1 pad per day does it, same as the thicker pad. Love Always
