I like that these pads are thin, which makes them comfortable and discreet. However, the leak guards on the side actually cover a portion of the side of the pad. This means that if your underwear tends to shift around, as mine does, you could find yourself wetting onto the leak guard rather than the pad. Overall quality seems to be good, unlike some store brand incontinence pads which leak the small absorbent beads they contain making you feel like you've got sand in your underwear. A good option for lots of people I'm sure, but I'll be sticking with Poise brand pads.

These were the only pads I'd buy becuz they fit me best and had good absorbency. But you lost a long-standing customer once you added that GOD-AWFUL perfume scent to the pads. Not only does that stuff STINK, you add wayyy too much! it's overpowering and darn near nauseates me. Why did you have to go and mess up a good product? Please start back offering NON-SCENTED!!

They are thin and fit comfortably for the most part. These are a bit long and go up my backside a tad more than I would like, but besides that they are a comfortable fit. Thin and discreet. Caught fluids and no concerns or leaks. They are scented, scent is a little strong but not overwhelming if that makes any sense.

However, they do absorb well and so I like them in that regard. If they were less scented I would like them more. They are fairly discrete and comfortable too.

I have some bladder issues and thought I would try these out and I will tell you I like the feel of these pads and the scent is nice too. I like that they are not bulky and they don't show through my clothing so people know I use them. If you are looking for a great pad you will want to try I Always Discreet Moderate Pads.

I am currently going through menopause however I wish I had found these when I was menstruating as these give total protection without the worry of the pad bunching up and leaking. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I tried these pads and found they were a little thicker than anticipated. They have an extremely wide crotch area. I’m tall and thin, so maybe someone a little thicker would fit these. As far as leakage, these did their job!

They’re absorbent enough and don’t show through clothes or thin dresses like a larger pad can sometimes. Good to have in a pinch or just as part of daily use.
