[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I received the Always Discreet Moderate Pads for review. I used these as backup for tampons and as light protection at the end of my period. I only expected lite protection as that's what this product is made for. They met my expectations for what they are designed for. My only complaint is trying to get the back off. It seemed overly difficult to get the sticky back off.

I'm recovering from pneumonia and the coughing can come on suddenly and severely and I often wet myself because of it. These have kept me dry and able to go do things without worry or having to run home and clean up/change. Fit is slim enough I can wear my regular underware.

They are a little thick but it's to be expected for the kind I bought. Sometimes I have leakage depending on different the situation unfortunately do to a medical issue and after wearing this all day it stayed dry and no odors from it.
