It doesn't have to be noticeable so everyone else knows too. These are more comfortable and discreet so I can be just your little secret!

I bought the discreet pads and was expecting them to be a great product but was very disappointed. They are thin which is comfortable but a small leakage can spill out before it is totally absorbed and be an embarrassment. They don't hold nearly as much as Poise and just do not work for me. Now I have all of these useless pads left that I can only use around home. I am not a happy camper.

I bought the 66 pad pack for moderate leakage . I was excitedbto try them as Always has a good rep on otherbproduct BUT this was a TOTAL DISAPPOINTMENT! If i cough once the pad gets full if i happen to cough a second time the pad completely leaks and wet my clothes. ( i leak when i cough or sneeze) Will NEvER BUY AGAIN AND HIGHLY DO NOT DO NOT RECOMMEND

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] These pads are great for moderate and and small flow. It's not too thick or bulky. The sticky surface stays put well without shifting around. I wish it is slightly longer for better protection. The surface can be softer because it rubs a bit after walking around.

This is the best pad I have ever worn. It does everything it says it will. The comfort is far above any other pad on the market. (yes I have tried them all.) My most favorite part is the length! For some unknowen reason my leakage travels forward and exits at the end of the pad, wetting my clothes. When you unfold an Always pad one end is longer than the other. I put the long end to the front. No more wet clothes. Thank you Always

I have been using this pad since you came out with it (2014) and very happy with it for 10 years; however, the change with the fragrance and my natural odor creates an odor on me that is awful. I am very sad I have to find a new product now. Please let me know if you change you fragrance. A very sad customer
