Hello RegNurse. I am very sorry you experienced a bladder infection while using the Always Discreet pads. The scent you are referring to is our exclusive "Odor Lock" technology. This is different from perfumes which only mask odors. Our technology helps trap and neutralize odors associated with urine. Due to the nature of your review, we would like to discuss this with you further. At your convenience please contact Always Discreet Consumer Relations at 855-206-8286 Mon-Fri 8am-5pm CST.

We understand that preferences vary from person to person, Virginia, so we appreciate you taking the time to share your feedback. We'd love to help find a pad that fits your needs, so please give us a call at (855) 206-8286.
