Our products undergo many quality checks to ensure they get to you with the best results, so we don't expect these things to happen. Remove the sprayer from the empty bottle by turning it counterclockwise to release. Then, remove and discard the disposable cap from the refill bottle.Place the sprayer on a full refill bottle and give ¼ turn clockwise to secure.
