Our products undergo extensive quality testing to ensure perfect condition and function, so what you've described isn't something we'd expect. We'd like to share some helpful tips that may help the sprayer start to work again. If the sprayer seems clogged, run warm water over the nozzle for a few minutes to loosen any clogs that may have occurred. Make sure you're using the spray in an upright position and that the tube in the bottle is in or facing the solution. A lot of thought goes into the design of our products, so we're sorry that this has been your experience. We suggest to making sure that the yellow markings that can be found on the top of the sprayer and nozzle are lined up exactly. If it's off, this may lead to the trigger bending.
