We did change this product in September 2021, and the perfume system upgrade adds freshness technology for a nice scent during laundry and more scent after the clothes have dried. We're very sorry you had that experience with our Tide Original Powder. This is not something we expect to happen, but we have some tips that should restore your clothing to excellent condition. Rinse the stained fabric under warm water immediately. Soak the garments overnight in water. Re-wash the affected garment again in your washing machine with NO laundry detergent. Wash at the highest temperature permitted by the care label. Always follow care label instructions for suggested water temperature.
