A number of people have medical conditions requiring they know what is actually in what they eat. I'm one - severe pain for hours a day for two weeks if I don't watch it. I can have some spices and not others. I really wish vendors would stop listing ambiguous nonsense in the ingredient list like "Spices". You're not losing out on anything... it's not as if without knowing your processes and ratios someone is going to duplicate your recipe commercially.

This sauce is super creamy and delicious! You get the amazing taste of nutty parmesan yet the silky taste of heavy cream. It's perfect with any type of pasta or even vegetables! I made a delicious white lasagna with spinach and broccoli that everyone was in love with! Definitely will be stocking up on this sauce!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I really love the Bertolli pasta sauce brand and even my family likes it and can't get enough of it since we always cook pasta once a week. Initially I was gonna get the Bertolli Alfredo with Aged Parmesan cheese sauce but put local Kroger store was out so I decided to try Knute Marinara sauce instead. We liked this brand better than the other ones we've tried before because it has low sodium content compared to others, it's more flavorful, it's made with fresh ingredients such as garlic and onions. It's delicious and taste better than restaurant made pasta.

I am very picky about store bought sauces but this one fits my needs quite well. It is thick and creamy. The only thing I had to add to season was some salt and pepper - maybe a little garlic depending on the dish. I loved using this with alfredo pizza. It does not taste store bought. It was a huge hit in my family.

Being a busy homeschool mom, I sometimes need dinner hacks to help me save time cooking for my family. With Bertolli Pasta Sauces it helps my meals go from jar to homemade in minutes. I ended up trying the Bertolli Aged Parmesan Alfredo and the Bertolli Marina Sauces, I made Baked Penne and Alfredo Gnocchi. All of my family loved the meals and requested they be added to the dinner rotation for the future. I had never tried Bertolli brand sauces in the past but I will definitely be buying more of their sauces soon, trying out all the different flavor choices too.

The texture was perfect and it has just the right amount of flavor. The only thing I wasn't happy with was the size options. There was no option to buy a bigger size and thats kinda frustrating when you have a big family. I will be buying this again on my next shopping trip.

I alternate Fettuccine or Linguine with this luscious sauce, turning it into a fancy dish by adding sauteed mushrooms, broccoli, shrimp and garlic; and although there is some sherry in it, I usually add some more, and Parmesan as well. A fast, easy fix for unexpected guests, and they always eat it voraciously and ask for the recipe!! I tell them to "shop Walmart!" LOL!!

I have used Bertolli products before, and was excited to try a new recipe with my Bertolli Alfredo with Aged Parmesan Cheese Sauce. I used this with a pasta Alfredo and shrimp recipe. It was so easy to incorporate and use, and was really the thing that brought all the ingredients together. The sauce is a great consistency and is really well seasoned/flavored. You can taste the Parmesan cheese flavor in it, I love it! This is one of my new favorites! I definitely recommend it.

Have purchased it a few times over several years, hoping the recipe had been changed it would be so convenient to use something already prepared. But I recently threw two jars away because of the taste. I liked some of your recipes for the Alfredo sauce, but made sauce from scratch, not in the jar. I let me know if you ever change the Alfredo sauce to be more like the Alfredo sauce you get in a real Italian restaurant.I like your tomato sauces.
