All opinions are my own. #ad #sponsored Ragu Old World Style Traditional Sauce made with Olive Oil is delicious! It really is perfect for Italian meals at home for a wonderful meal. I love it on pasta, meatball subs and pizza. The olive oil is a really nice touch. It is the perfect thickness. The recloseable jar is hefty and easy to use. It makes a satisfying pop the first time you open it. I like to ad Italian sausage, burger or vegetable chunks. Great sauce I definitely Recommend!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I’m someone who prefers to make my pasta sauce from scratch. I don’t find it to be a difficult or cumbersome task. I do however live in Florida and know my limits during natural disasters. That’s why this continues to be a staple in my pantry. Although the ingredients are not perfect for my family, it does excellent during hurricane season. I always keep some stocked just in case and when the season is over, we just enjoy simpler meals on complicated days. Pros: •traditional flavor that almost tastes homemade •smooth texture that my husband enjoys. He does not like chunky pasta sauce. •made with tomatoes, classic herbs and spices •long shelf life makes it an excellent pantry staple during hurricane season. Cons: •contains soybean oil, 2nd ingredient. My family aims to eat anti inflammatory foods, so this doesn’t always quite make the list. Every now and then we will indulge. It never disappoints. Ragu, I’d love to see pure olive oil instead of soybean oil!

Tastes like pasta sauce should! Not too sweet, not too salty, perfect over pasta or spaghetti squash! I love sauce in glass jars because you can reuse them!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is a pretty good jarred sauce. I like that they keep some of the tomato bits and seeds in for lesser processing. As far as health conscientiousness I really wish there was no soybean oil in the sauce. Would be much better with all olive oil and soybean oil is plagued with a myriad of health issues. It’s what I expect from this kind of jarred sauce though. My fiancé loves this sauce and usually reaches for Ragu anytime we’re in the grocery store.

What I appreciated most was that it didn’t taste overly sweet or artificial like some other jarred sauces tend to. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] this is a family favorite. we use this sauce all the time. for normal pasta, dipping for appetizers and even adding ground beef/turkey to be make more of a bolognase. this sauce is liked by both kids and adults. its affordable and better quality than the store brand options.

I have a special needs daughter who has very few foods she can/is willing to eat. Ragu was one of her “safe” foods, meaning she was able to eat this daily without any sensory/flavor issues. Since the change in recipe she hasn’t been able to eat it, and her already limited food palette just got smaller. I wish Ragu could have kept at least one of their original flavors-without the change.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This sauce has a very nice texture, it tastes strongly of real tomatoes and isn't overly garlicy, I added more since I love garlic. It can definitely be used on pizza too, although it may be more watery than what one may be used to. I was quite impressed with the packaging when it arrived and that it comes in glass instead of plastic. The only thing I don't love, and the reason for my one star reduction is the soybean oil, I personally can taste it a bit too.
