I have been using Ragu Traditional several times a week my entire life. I am addicted. However, one day I put my sauce on my spaghetti and took a bite and I tasted pure nastiness. Ragu, you have made a mistake. I'm sure you all were trying to branch out and do new stuff, but your loyal customers want their "TRADITIONAL" Ragu. It was bad enough when you all canceled Ragu Express (I will never get over that), but now Ragu traditional. I will not be buying your product until you bring the old one back. Love you guys, but please bring the old one back before I suffer a breakdown from good Ragu deprivation.

I am picky on my sauce and love a super authentic sauce so this would be something I would use in a very last minute pinch. But overall if you don’t mind or prefer certain sauces, it would be a good affordable staple to have in your pantry.

Honestly, I had never tried Ragu! I just always used the same sauce my mother and grandmother had always used, which I now know, was so sad compared to Ragu! Its delicious! Very authentic, robust, and with so much flavor! I believe its time to start a new tradition in my family and thats making the switch for pasta to Ragu Old World Style Traditional Pasta Sauce!

So many options……pasta, sandwiches, pizza and more. The jar was easy to open. No complaints from my family, just compliments. Would definitely use again.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I used the Ragu Traditional Sauce and it is pretty average. It has a sweeter taste than most sauces which I am not a huge fan of, but it is good. It is not something I would buy on a regular basis. I also wouldn't generally recommend.

I think it is a good base sauce. I appreciate that it is in a glass jar, so it doesn’t have the aluminum taste to it like other affordable brands. Overall, I think it is a solid choice.
