[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This was my first time trying a jarred, pre made pasta sauce! I was very pleasantly surprised! I loved the hefty packaging. Sturdy! The taste was much better than I imagined! Classic tomato flavor with hints of garlic and other herbs. I like my sauce rather robust, so I added some rosemary sprigs and some Italian seasoning mix and it really kicked it up a notch! The sauce had a rich tomato flavor on its own. It almost tasted like fresh, homemade sauce. My favorite part was the smooth texture. I’m not a fan of chunky sauces. This was smooth and perfect. A little bit thinner than I’m used to, but didn’t distract from the flavor profile. I used this on radiatori pasta but it seems extremely versatile. Can be used on a myriad of other dishes! I’m excited to try the other variations available. Will save me a lot of time and money in the kitchen!

Well just in case u have not had Ragu I will let u know what you are missing taste like homemade.Thick but not too thick perfect consistency perfect flavor. Still in Glass bottle so be careful. I’m divided on glass jar it might be in my head but. I do think everything taste better in glass jars, but have had one break on me so I do like the safety of non glass jars.
