We have used Ragu Old World Traditional pasta sauce for at least 40 years. In meat sauce, in lasagna, in meatballs & sausage, basically in all Italian recipes. The “new” sauce is thin, sweet & has no flavor. It ruins the taste of anything cooked with it. This change was a huge mistake & will result in the loss of many customers. I see in your cookie cutter reply that you say the new sauce is “not for everyone.” I would say it’s “not for anyone.”

The Old World Style Sauce has completely changed my mind. The taste is perfect—not too salty or too sweet like other sauces in the market. It’s a great size for a great price, and this is now our go-to at the house. Plus, it’s plastic, which is great for the toddler that pulls everything out of the pantry!

We had spaghetti last night and used the "new recipe" traditional spaghetti sauce. We all agreed the new recipe is terrible. PLEASE give us the original version again, as we will not buy this "new recipe" sauce again. This was so bad the dog wouldn't even eat it!

It's not the best tasting or best quality ingredients but it is consistent each time I eat it. It tastes good and is always a great price. I can get my son to eat it too which is a plus. It's not overly flavorful in any one direction so it is a mild, neutral red sauce to add to dishes. Will continue buying, and enjoying!

I made spinach and cheese raviolis and the sauce was the perfect compliment. The texture was smooth but stuck to the pasta really well. I froze what we didn't use so that we have some for future use and already brought more!

I too recently purchased the traditional with the olive oil. I can’t find a jar without the olive oil. The sauce tastes awful with this new addition. Why did you discontinue the one without? Can’t you make both, so we have a choice? I drain the oil from my hamburger, so why would I want the added oil in my food? We’ve used this for years. Very disappointed.
