They are true to size and are comfortable with no tight-fitting areas. They are odor controlled, so no one will ever know that you're wearing them. They are discreet under all clothing and not bulky at all, even when wet. These are a great option for anyone with incontinence or after prostate removal surgery.

I often have issues with IBS & incontinence, my friend John recommended these to me awhile back. They worked great, after some time I felt comfortable wearing these on date nights. Never had any issues with leakage, look or the feel. They could use some extra wiggle room up front. If you tend to get aroused during the day (like me) you will feel restricted up front. Aside from that these are a go 100%

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Great fitting adult diapers. It's very durable too and comfortable. It's great at absorbing liquids as it could hold more than 2 liters of liquids. Also I could not smell and fluids outside the pad.

I've been trying to find the right incontinence product to help my dad,but the sizing isn't working out for us. He wears a 34/35 pant so he's on the large end of the S/M size and on the small end of the L size. The Large slips down during the day and has leg gaps that have caused him embarrassing accidents. The S/M felt too snug to him, but when I encouraged him to stick with them as they may stretch out after a little wear - he said he didn't know which ones were the S/M and which ones were the L when he went to his closet because they are the exact same color! How hard would it be to make each size a different color or lighter/darker shade of gray so at a glance you know what size you are getting? Perhaps that's not important once you hone in on the right size, but it's confusing when you have more than one person in a home needing them. Also, none of them have been sufficient for overnight, so he sleeps on a bed pad wearing a Depend and still leaks even though he also stuffs paper towels in them (more Kimberly Clark products) , which is embarrassing and uncomfortable and makes for a lot of extra laundry service. I know you've done a lot of research, and I know you can't make everyone happy, I'm just frustrated on behalf of my elderly dad who deserves dignity.

My husband suffers from prostate cancer, which means frequent, immediate bathroom facilities. This underwear has enabled him to be able to go out with dignity. He says they are more comfortable than regular underwear and he is grateful for this product.

The L.XL. are a little tight and the XXL fit much better. The downside is that they are not available anywhere. The price is good I guess. I also wish they would make them in this size but without the heavy padding in the front. I use these for bowel irregularities and often wear them backwards because they are uncomfortable with so much padding where I don't need it. Of course they are made with a lot of material in the back to cover the butt but when worn backwards they no longer have that material in the correct area. When worn backwards they are great for increased excretion and keep my sheets dry.

My 65 yr old husband is bed ridden and can no longer use an urinal effectively, so I thought he could try these. Firstly, they were not long enough from the crotch to the back waist, so he looked like a plummer. He has not butt, so I do not understand what the problem was. I thought they may have been backwards, but the fit was the same either way: bulky in front and low rider in the rear. His waist is about 35" so I bought the SM size I think he'll need the kind with more adjustability and tapes.

Everyday comfort sleek feels like a regular pair of briefs which who can complain about that. Testing these out no leaks clean safe so I can be comfortable in any setting !
