I'm wearing them for the first time. I'm a big guy with a 58 inch waist so I ordered the XXL. They don't even cover my butt. They are supposed to fit 56 to 64 in waists. I can pull them up enough in the front to cover and provide some protection but to have the backside under my cheeks is not what I would call a comfortable fit. I take water pills and had hoped this would give me more freedom. Not so sure that's going to happen.

The difficult part is getting the legs to not bunch up in the crotch area. It can be easily done, you just have to be careful.

I got for husband to try and he didn't before time was up, so I sampled. To my surprise they were very comfortable, wasn't bulky feeling, but soft under clothes. If you are a back sleeper, they will leak from the back side of the diaper. I had that happened to me this morning and they do not stay dry like it says it turns into gel. I’m also looking for an product that has more padding in the rear side bc my opinion is it don’t have enough padding back there.
