Enter Depend Fresh Protection—aka the superhero of bladder leak defense. Got these for my dad, and he’s officially a believer. First off, not bulky—which means no awkward diaper vibes. Second, super absorbent—seriously, it soaks up like a sponge on steroids (25x its weight, apparently?!). No leaks, no weird dampness, and no unfortunate odors sneaking up on you. Dad says they’re comfortable, stay in place, and don’t feel like he’s wearing a mattress down there. Plus, they actually look like regular underwear, so no one will know unless you tell them (which… why would you?).

I got it for my 75 years old father in law who has kidney issues and couldn't hold his pee. He doesn't like wearing thick protection underwear so this one actually work perfectly for him. I tried xl Depends. I have a 44 in waist and the leg openings were too tight. The waist was a marginal fit. I’m sure you have enough customers to warrant making a larger size. The only option I have right now is Attends and they’re just awful. I wouldn’t recommend to anyone over a 38” waist.

I tried them out and they absorbed the liquids pretty well but after the abortion they would feel weird. They didn't really contain the monster smell of my monster duke, but hey, you can only do so much. Id definitely use these again though when I get older
