I really like the product, except that there is a break in the tissue stack. The issue is that you have to have long fingers or really small hands to retrieve the remaining stack of tissues in the box. This is a production issue that can easily be resolved by having a continuous stack in each box. There is no reason to break the stack in the middle. it is irritating to say the least in having to fish out the remining tissues in the box. Please fix your production of filling the tissue boxes.

I agree...as a 40+ year consumer ... love your Kleenex brand and your product is great but the boxes are poor..... and I refuse to buy your latest box designs... they do not go with any decor and the prints are to bright and loud! Please bring back your pastel and soft colors of your previous design... I also don't care for inspirations boxes as decor either. sorry.. I am buying others for now...

What happened to the softness of your tissues. I've purchased your products from Costco for years and was very disappointed with my recent purchase. The tissues are noticeably rough from the first touch out of the box and as you can imagine on my nose. Very disappointed.

Kleenex Ultra Soft Tissues are the only tissues I buy, and I recommend them to everyone. HOWEVER, it seems like Kleenex has changed them. The last two boxes I opened had tissues in them that aren't nearly as soft as my beloved tissues of the past. I'm extremely displeased because I typically buy 4-6 boxes at a time so I have a cabinet full of tissues I won't use. PLEASE, KC, bring back my Ultra Softs, or I'll be forced to try Puff's Ultra Soft & Strong and you will likely lose a long-time loyal consumer.

When shopping for Ultra soft Kleenex I search through the mountains of blue and orange boxes to find the three tasteful brown or gray boxes. I will go to multiple stores if necessary to find the more subdued colors. I like the product, but the color choices are horrible.

All of my life, I have purchased Kleenex tissues. I do like the tissue itself. But I just switched (for the first time ever) to purchasing Puffs because of the box color. But the most recent box color is just terribly Ugly! Those bright colors do not fit in any of my rooms.

I noticed with my last purchase of these tissues at the grocery store (I buy the pack of four flat boxes-2 ply) that the quality has deteriorated. They are like sand paper and appear smaller in size. Disappointed. I guess this is what happens with inflation. Costs more, quality less.

The new design is so loud. It stands out like a centerpiece in a bad way. Matches nothing in my house because my home is shockingly not jungle themed. Switched to target up and up brand for now as they have muted colors. I don't need my tissues to have more personality than me.

These new boxes are the ugliest ever! You always have such pretty designs. I don't know whose house these will go in. Gimme a break! Really? I'm going to have to buy more Kleenex box covers now. I am very unhappy, and I probably buy more Kleenex than anyone! I love the product, hate the box!

I've been purchasing Kleenex Ultra Soft for many years and have always found box designs that were pleasant to have on the table in the living room or on the bathroom shelf. They were very subtle with muted colors. These new box colors and designs are very obnoxious. They do not go with any decor I've seen in any home. The tissues are fine, but come on with these colors. If you want to have these in the store at least give the customer an option for a more subtle color/design also.
