What happened to the lovely boxes you used to have? Seems now they just keep getting worse. Why different patterns on each side? Why not same all the way around the box? The only way I can continue using this product is to go out and buy holders to hide the horrible boxes! They stand out like a sore thumb no matter what room I put them in.

Great tissues, but it seems that there is a difference in packaging - how tissues are loaded into the upright box that affects dispensing. Frustrating that several tissues are sometimes stuck together in sequence - one is connected to the next vs a clean cut to allow one tissue out of the box at a time. More frustrating is that it seems that the tissues are in 2-3 separate rolls such that after some have been used, the next is not connected, and they are at the bottom of the box. I either have to reach way down into the box to bring one up to to the opening to start the "flow" again or turn box upside down to reach one to pull it to the opening. Please go back to previous packaging.

In 2016, for the first time ever, you put a fabulous design on the box, and now it's gone from the store shelves in my area. The new design is UGLY. It hurt my eyes and my feelings to buy that ugly box and I probably will not buy it again. Furthermore, the cost of the product went up significantly! Give us the design with the medallions all over the box, in Orange, and I will buy 3 times as many boxes as usual.

Bought them for "hypoallergenic" and love the box designs, fresh and new! The elder loved one I give loving care to insists on Kleenex, but has a terrible time with dust. I could not be more pleased you are addressing allergies and hope to see bamboo and other tissue options and dust-free packaging in the future. Kudos!

I've been buying your product for years. My last purchase was disappointing. Your claim of 3 ply needs to be removed. You cheapen up what I always considered above the rest and onto of that increased the price. When are profits for shareholder enough? I'll be looking for a new brand.

I have used Kleenex ultra soft for years. This is the only brand that I would use. However, I have noticed a big change on the softness. It has more of a rough texture that I do not like. I wonder if the company is cutting corners and not producing the same quality.

I had an older box of Ultra Soft tissues and a brand new box. Finished using the older box and immediately felt the difference with the new box..... used both within minutes off each other. There is a big difference in softness. If, as you claim, nothing changed, then perhaps the tissues are being packed in the wrong boxes, as their was a big difference in softness. I used Ultra Soft for years and years because of the softness. These feel like the regular Kleenex and not the Ultra Soft, as they are supposed to be. I hope you will listen to your customers and correct this problem.

This box size is okay. I really like the flat boxes that hold about a hundred. The big boxes that hold 230 are too big! The tissues get stuck at the bottom and they leave a lot of debris around the opening after about a hundred tissues. Wish the flat boxes were consistently available.!

I have bought Kleenex brand tissues for 60+ years. Never had a problem with them, until recently. The boxes come unglued, when you need one tissue, you get 4-5, because the perforation isn't complete. The design is horrible, as are the colors They don't display very well. I can't imagine too many people have decor to go with the design of these boxes.

I always purchase Kleenex “non-lotion” tissues which is now available where I shop as “ultra soft”. I buy the tissues on a regular basis because I have serious, recurring nosebleeds. The last few boxes I have purchased have tissues that smell very strongly of chemicals to the point of giving me a headache. I'd like to know what the chemicals are that I'm breathing in by using these tissues. The only reason there is 2 stars is because the tissues have been good in the past.
