We use ultra soft Kleenex because it is so soft. I have allergies and keep a box nearby at all times. I also have them in my car and keep Kleenex on-the-go packs in my satchel and nearly every jacket I own. Nothing says, "God bless you." like a Kleenex tissue when offered or received.

I have been using the 120–3 ply for at least 15 years Hate, Hate, Hate the new patterns on the boxes and thinking of now going to a different brand!!! Hate them so much, I refuse to put the boxes in my bathrooms, bedrooms or any other rooms. What were you guys thinking, the new patterns are extremely ugly

I'm a lifelong Kleenex buyer. I mistakenly picked up a box of "ultra soft" recently. What a mistake! Every time I blow my nose, pieces of Kleenex remain stuck to the outside of my nose and inside my nostrils. YUCK. I'd rather not have remains of the tissue I use left on my face. Sorry, but these get a BIG thumbs DOWN from me.

My skin is super sensitive and I have many health issues. So to have a super soft Kleenex is amazing and really makes my life easier. I use Kleenex many times a day, all year round. I do not like any other brand and do not waste my money on other brands. Kleenex is the one and only for me and I go through a lot of Kleenex. I LOVE all the new kinds and shapes of Kleenex that you have come out with. Please keep the quality. Other brands cut down on quality and quantity.

The tissue could be softer. The boxes are hideous!!   How about solid white or grey?   I don't want the focal point of my bathroom to be an ugly tissue box.  A  solid white or grey will reduce your cost and reduce the cringe factor. Thanks for considering an alternative!

When shopping for Ultra soft Kleenex I search through the mountains of blue and orange boxes to find the three tasteful brown or gray boxes. I will go to multiple stores if necessary to find the more subdued colors. I like the product, but the color choices are horrible.

I typically use regular Kleenex and am quite happy with them. My husband, who knows that I choke when using tissues with lotions or fragrances, thought he was doing a great thing when he brought home hypoallergenic Kleenex. I began choking immediately on using the first tissue due to the mild scent. I don't know if the scent is added or if its part of the product material, but this product should contain a warning that is is not appropriate for those who are sensitive to scents/fragrances.

I compared a new cube box of ultra soft tissues with an old cube box of ultra soft doux tissues, thinking they would be the same. The new tissues appear thinner and not as soft. but most significantly there are only 50 tissues in the new box instead of 75 as in the ultra soft doux box. So not only did you change the box design, you changed the product and quantity and put it in the same size cube to add to the confusion. I am uncertain what you did to the price of the new tissue cube. This is very disappointing for this longtime customer.

I am in my 70's and have used your tissues all my life. I ALWAYS but just the plain ordinary tissues. The lotion ones irritate my skin. Purchased my usual tissues a few weeks ago and they have changed and not for the better. I have allergies and use a lot of tissues and the actually are irritating my nose and are thinner and NOT absorbent and feel slippery . WHY change the best tissue EVER ???

I switched to the Ultra soft tissue some time ago because it was softer than the Kleenex product I was using. I'm confused, since the company's response indicates they have not changed their product, but I've noticed recently, the tissues are not nearly as soft as they were. I have an older box in my car, and they're much softer than the tissues I've purchased recently. Sounds to me like management better start checking out the factory, because something is different.
