I've been taking Alli for a little over a month now. Mind you I've been weight training 5 days a week and watching what and how much I eat, but I have lost 33 lbs and could not be happier.

I have been using Alli for a while - I took it to help me lose some weight and then to help me manage my weight thru the holiday season. I know the consequences of eating overly fatty items so it motivates me to avoid them!

I love this product, I have never seen in any other the way it desase the fat and I expel it from my body when I go to do the bathroom ... I will never stop buying it.

Take as directed. I take prescribed pain meds, which can constipate. However, I don't have that problem when taking Alli. Therefore, that's another positive feature for me.

I take one whenever I eat a meal. It works well for not gaining weight. It doesn't make me lose weight, but I take it to help keep me from gaining weight.

I have been on Alli for a month and half and have dropped 38 pounds! I know that sounds unbelievable; but it's no lie! I feel so much better about myself...now just ready to buy new clothes!

Stick to the directions! I lost 6 lbs the first week. Don't eat too much fat! Healthy eating and working out with alli is absolutely an amazing hack. Will work.

I have never had any issues using this products. It has always helped me lose weight. I was a little upset when they took this product off the market for a while and I do worry why? however bottom line it has worked for me.
