This product works for sure with a low fat diet. I was able to lose 9lbs in a month. You HAVE to make sure you eat low fat though otherwise you definitely will running to the bathroom QUICK. It's no joke. I would definitely recommend this.

I cannot find fault with this product. I have lost and maintained a 60+ pound weight loss using Alli. I've tried many things in the past however, this is what works. I use this with a good diet and moderate exercise and it has worked phenomenally.

I use the product 1 -2 times a day! I eat very healthy. I am actually on the keto lifestyle. I exercise daily as well! No diet pill is magic, you have to work really hard for it to work; thats why it works for me.
