I tend to follow the Atkins diet so having this just boosts my weight loss. Also, with taking Alli I don't restrict myself as much with some fried foods. I absolutely love this product. I cant think of a con.

This product does not work. It worked many years ago but the formula changed and it no longer works at all. Save your money because this product does nothing.
