I've been using Alli for about a year and a half now!!! It works just as described as long as you follow the instructions. I used to be 252 pounds. Today I am 162 pounds. The reason I like about this product it will tell you when you TOO much greasy food, this has product has control me not just portion size also help me how much fat intake.
