I have struggled with weight loss for years. This last month I have been watching everything I eat and even joined a gym. I had heard about "alli" and thought I would try it. I only take twice a day and in three days have lost 2 pounds!! I do not have any "oily leakage" and I do not have gas or cramps. The literature in the packaging was very helpful and put me at ease. I've only been on for 3 days so I'm curious what I can report in 3 weeks :)

The great things I like about this product you are very mindful of the grams of fat you can eat and that's really helpful for me for the past week I really have been monitoring the fat grams I can have a total of 39 grams per day so I really watch what I eat and I exercise.

I weighed 280. Pounds at my heaviest weight Three years ago. This morning I weigh 167.4! I have more energy at 57 then I did in my 40's. I also no longer need my cane. This product works great if you follow directions. You should not take this product before eating 3 donuts and some greasy pizza and then act surprised that you have stomach discomfort and loose stools. The product blocks fat from being absorbed by your body so if you continue to consume a bunch of fat you should expect that it's going to come back out of your body unabsorbed. It's a great product when used correctly, it's a game changer for those trying to lose weight!

I've been using Alli for about a year and a half now!!! It works just as described as long as you follow the instructions. I used to be 252 pounds. Today I am 162 pounds. I lost some before finding Alli, but this product has helped me reach my goal and maintain a desired weight!! Definitely highly recommend.

I have been very disappointed in this product. I have been taking this product loyally 3 times a day as directed. I have also gone threw 1 & 3/4 bottles of the 120 count bottles. I have not yet noticed any weight loss yet. I think after this bottle, I won't be purchasing another bottle, especially since this product is so expensive. :(

I'm in the first week and so far so good. I had one day of mild, I mean mild, side effects but, in fairness, it was the one day I own as having overindulged with a particularly 'fatty' food. To my mind, that was a warning shot across the bow(el) and now that I know, I will be more diligent with monitoring my fat intake. 'Aversion' therapy, if you will. Adding Alli to my program has been a welcome added support.

Alli has been a part of my healthy weight management regime toward facilitating reaching a healthy weight. The benefits have been excellent. The informational booklet included in the package is also extremely beneficial in establishing a healthy weight management regime. Recommend to anyone serious about healthy weight management.

This stuff works, if you don't believe me, check your stool.. (i work in the medical profession, no pun intended).. it binds to fat.. you will see it come out... >< Using this with a regulated cycle of off/on carb restricted diet can make you lose weight, per reduction in calories and carbs in my opinion.. Been doing this for years.. Any fat that's passed through your intenstines and not absorbed is a plus, but if you decide to eat a bunch of greasy foods (cheeseburgers, chili cheesefries), and take this, you will likely pass a certain amount of fat through your system, but any excess of absorbtion will definitely be absorbed and result in possible weight gain.. There is no miracle drug that can make you lose weight and let you eat everything in my opinion, but Alli definitely helps reduce the fat calories that were intake thus reducing overall calories.. and that is a huge gain in weight loss in my opinion.. being realistically.

I have been on the Keto diet for 6 months. The keto diet is high fat, moderate protein and very low carbs. Kind of like the Atkins diet. When I hit my 5th month mark I stalled. This lasted a whole month. I started taking alli and it boosted me back to losing weight again. So will diet and exercise I have lost a total of 60 lbs and 19 inches in 6 months. :)
