A few years ago I used alli, and I like it a lot, I really didn't feel the total difference because I used it on and off and wasn't doing the meal plan, what I know is that I had those "side effects" (oil in your ..) so that was so shameful that in order to not to have that experience again I did everything without oils and super super healthy, and started to loose weight until I got pregnant and I had to stop. Seven years and 20 pounds later, I'm ready to do it again, to celebrate my 40's I want to be healthy and I don't have excuses anymore. I have been on the Keto diet for 6 months. The keto diet is high fat, moderate protein and very low carbs. Kind of like the Atkins diet. When I hit my 5th month mark I stalled. This lasted a whole month. I started taking alli and it boosted me back to losing weight again. So will diet and exercise I have lost a total of 60 lbs and 19 inches in 6 months. :)

Alli has helped me lose 36 pounds since January 2017 to present date. I'm 5'1 and I was 180 pounds in January its now June and I weigh 144... my goal weight is 135 and I know with alli I'm going to get there. I'm so excited for this new outlook on life. I take one pill with each meal. Since I had both knees replaced and developed tendinitis on my left foot I stop exercising and gained over 40lbs in 3 years. I tried all kind of products on the market that promised to give results but none of them worked for me so I stopped trying. On January 2020 I decided to give a try to Alli, of course I was kind of skeptical at first because nothing I tried before worked but for my surprise a week later I had lost 5lbs so I started limiting eating bread, rice and sugars, didn't eat anything fried, that's all I did and 5 months later I have lost 30lbs without exercising. Of course, there's always cons like when you eat fat you have unwanted discharges which makes you realize that you have to eat healthier. I would definitely start exercising again and keep going until I feel at my best. Thank you Alli!!

This stuff works, if you don't believe me, check your stool.. (i work in the medical profession, no pun intended).. it binds to fat.. you will see it come out... >< Using this with a regulated cycle of off/on carb restricted diet can make you lose weight, per reduction in calories and carbs in my opinion.. Been doing this for years.. Any fat that's passed through your intenstines and not absorbed is a plus, but if you decide to eat a bunch of greasy foods (cheeseburgers, chili cheesefries), and take this, you will likely pass a certain amount of fat through your system, but any excess of absorbtion will definitely be absorbed and result in possible weight gain.. There is no miracle drug that can make you lose weight and let you eat everything in my opinion, but Alli definitely helps reduce the fat calories that were intake thus reducing overall calories.. and that is a huge gain in weight loss in my opinion.. being realistically.

I weighed 280. Pounds at my heaviest weight Three years ago. This morning I weigh 167.4! I have more energy at 57 then I did in my 40's. I also no longer need my cane. The great things I like about this product you are very mindful of the grams of fat you can eat and that's really helpful for me for the past week I really have been monitoring the fat grams I can have a total of 39 grams per day so I really watch what I eat and I exercise.

I have struggled with weight loss for years. This last month I have been watching everything I eat and even joined a gym. I had heard about "alli" and thought I would try it. I only take twice a day and in three days have lost 2 pounds!! I do not have any "oily leakage" and I do not have gas or cramps. The literature in the packaging was very helpful and put me at ease. I've only been on for 3 days so I'm curious what I can report in 3 weeks :)

I honestly cant say enough great things about this product. I was skeptical when I first got it and I am now on my 3rd month. I have lost 34lbs so far and I am hoping to get another 30 out of it. My Dr even said he is shocked and thrilled it has worked so well for me as he was even more skeptical than I was. 3 months ago I was wearing a size 16 and just today I got into a size 11. I have so much more confidence in myself and last month I put on a bikini which I havent done in 22 years.
