I haven't had any treatment effects from the medication probably because I eat a low fat meal but after one day I had already lost an additional pound. It doesn't make you jittery or feel like your heart is racing, I am feeling great about myself which is important. I am seeing results from exercising and eating a low calorie diet, it is very hard for me to loose any weight. I will probably be a life long customer, I cannot wait to see where this journey takes me. Thank you ALLI!!!! It's never too late in life to make a change, if I can do it so can anyone else! I started taking this product around the 3rd month of 2021 after trying several other products that didn't work. Yes it's a little bit pricey but you definitely get what you pay for. As of today, I have lost 56 pounds and I keep losing. Only problem is they are hard to find. I wish I could just order from the manufacturer

I take alli with any food containing fat. I watch my portion size and control my fat intake. I work out at least a couple days a week. Nothing too heavy since Im just starting out. Since January 13, 2018, I have lost 12.3 pounds. My goal is to lose 30 pounds by April. Im setting short term goals for myself to ultimately achieve my long term goal of a 100 pound weight loss by the end of January 2019.

I use Alli to help me keep my weight where I want it. I helps, especially when I go out with friends and end up eating at a place that doesn't offer low fat options. just be careful about the side effects the following day. Other than that, it is great and it does what it says.

A few years ago I used alli, and I like it a lot, I really didn't feel the total difference because I used it on and off and wasn't doing the meal plan, what I know is that I had those "side effects" (oil in your ..) so that was so shameful that in order to not to have that experience again I did everything without oils and super super healthy, and started to loose weight until I got pregnant and I had to stop. It forces you to change your eating habits, and once you do the side effects go away. I would say it in about 2 weeks my body acclimated. After about six weeks modest weight loss was noticeable, but its enough to feel successful and motivates you to keep trying.

I havebeen a regular user of ALLI 4 2 many years 2 remember. Alli was AND is my go to diet aid. i remember when it was taken off the market 4 awhile. But boy was I happy when it came back. Using as directed, I have lost over 50 lbs in a timly manner with excersie and diet. The product is only as good as YOU THE USER MAKE IT.

I take one pill with each meal. Since I had both knees replaced and developed tendinitis on my left foot I stop exercising and gained over 40lbs in 3 years. I tried all kind of products on the market that promised to give results but none of them worked for me so I stopped trying. On January 2020 I decided to give a try to Alli, of course I was kind of skeptical at first because nothing I tried before worked but for my surprise a week later I had lost 5lbs so I started limiting eating bread, rice and sugars, didn't eat anything fried, that's all I did and 5 months later I have lost 30lbs without exercising. Of course, there's always cons like when you eat fat you have unwanted discharges which makes you realize that you have to eat healthier. Could be negative-if you eat a lot of fatty foods, you'll have oil in the "toilet". But the whole point of staying healthy is to NOT eat a lot of Fatty Foods so then you won't have this problem!! Alli keeps me healthy & on target. I now only take it a few times a week. Start strong, stay focused and then you can cut back on the qty of pills. Good Luck
