OMG the results are unbelievably awesome. I've been talking Alli for a few weeks, these pills are something special!! I've lost about 10lbs in a month. Paired with work outs and dieting omg this is something special! If you follow the directions, there's no reason to score lower than 4 stars.

I just start about 18 days ago, I am a busy mom of 3 and I do go to the gym 3-4 times a week for almost a hour plus sometime I also do yoga(ones a wk). I have just few ups accident but I was at home. I like this product because it don't give those weird side affect like caffeine crazy affect. I do eat healthy as usual but I need it a push and this seems like its doing his purpose. I will post more as I go to my goal. I start at 157.6 and my goal is 135-140 I will be happy (not overweight). I use Alli to help me keep my weight where I want it. I helps, especially when I go out with friends and end up eating at a place that doesn't offer low fat options. just be careful about the side effects the following day. Other than that, it is great and it does what it says.

I have used this for a while now and it really helps me lose weight. THe main way is the fat bypass mechanism that keeps the calories from coming in. The other way is that using it with a very high fat diet can produce mildly unpleasant results. I like this. It helps reinforce that you should limit your fat intake. Because of this quicker punishment for poor eating choices, Alli works in two ways. There is an old dieters lament that "If eating a whole bag of chips made you sick, no one would do it." Alli manages this similar things as a byproduct of its main goal.

I haven't had any treatment effects from the medication probably because I eat a low fat meal but after one day I had already lost an additional pound. It doesn't make you jittery or feel like your heart is racing, I am feeling great about myself which is important. I am seeing results from exercising and eating a low calorie diet, it is very hard for me to loose any weight. I will probably be a life long customer, I cannot wait to see where this journey takes me. Thank you ALLI!!!! It's never too late in life to make a change, if I can do it so can anyone else! I take alli with any food containing fat. I watch my portion size and control my fat intake. I work out at least a couple days a week. Nothing too heavy since Im just starting out. Since January 13, 2018, I have lost 12.3 pounds. My goal is to lose 30 pounds by April. Im setting short term goals for myself to ultimately achieve my long term goal of a 100 pound weight loss by the end of January 2019.

Highly recommend starting product when you can be home to see the side effects, which teach you how to eat better. Be careful of even "good" fats like avocados and nuts, they will trigger them, as will Atkins or Keto type diets. Unless you want to spend a lot of time in the bathroom. It took about 6 to 8 weeks to see noticeable results, but I was not seeing any at all without this product. Excellent for people who struggle to lose.

I havebeen a regular user of ALLI 4 2 many years 2 remember. Alli was AND is my go to diet aid. i remember when it was taken off the market 4 awhile. But boy was I happy when it came back. Using as directed, I have lost over 50 lbs in a timly manner with excersie and diet. The product is only as good as YOU THE USER MAKE IT.

I started taking this product around the 3rd month of 2021 after trying several other products that didn't work. Yes it's a little bit pricey but you definitely get what you pay for. As of today, I have lost 56 pounds and I keep losing. Only problem is they are hard to find. I wish I could just order from the manufacturer
