in 2009 for the first time I tried the alli weight loss aid and after 3 months of dedication and sticking to their Manuel diet and exercise I did drop a huge amount of weight i was very happy.....this time around in 2021 I got back into the program but this time with online diet planning and made everything so much more complicated! and time consuming so after 3 months of doing this I am out and turning into a different plan.

This product is great to mentally prepare you with your journey to weight loss. It has this little manual that guides you to do emotionally and mentally prepare you. I feel that I over payed for the product. I did lose 3lbs the first week of taking it, and was super happy and pumped for that and motivated me to keep going. The product finished half way through the month, and decided not to buy it again. But I would recommend it as a starter pill.

I started using Alli approximately 2 years ago along with a modified, low-fat diet including an exercise regimen. I actually lost a satisfactory amount of weight and almost reached my weight-loss goals, but due to a back injury had to stop working out for awhile. I recovered and started working about again, but after my supply of Alli ran out I didn't purchase a refill. I signed up with a weight-loss monitoring program, but my weight keeps going up and down. That convinced me to go back to Alli to get back on track; it really works for me and I've not had any negative side effects taking this product and my physician even let me know it's fine to take with my other medication. Thank you Alli for continuing to provide this product as an OTC option in the stores!

Background: Female, age 59, 5'6", 60lbs overweight, junk food junkie, tried almost every diet plan out there. Just completed week 1 - I have known about Alli for years but have been paranoid about the side effects. After topping my highest weight ever I decided I'm going to give it a try. I have had very minimal side effects, if any. I don't know if Alli acts as a appetite suppressant but I have not found myself starving or craving junk food. I have only focused on fat grams alone (not calories, carbs, etc) and found that in most cases it cuts calories as well. I still eat the things I love just in "fat" moderation and have LOST 7lbs!!

I honestly cant say enough great things about this product. I was skeptical when I first got it and I am now on my 3rd month. I have lost 34lbs so far and I am hoping to get another 30 out of it. My Dr even said he is shocked and thrilled it has worked so well for me as he was even more skeptical than I was. 3 months ago I was wearing a size 16 and just today I got into a size 11. I have so much more confidence in myself and last month I put on a bikini which I havent done in 22 years.

I absolutely love this supplement. I'm 3 days away from finishing my starter pack and I'm down 10lbs so far. I do kickboxing (HIIT) 3-4 times a week for 30 minutes and count my calories (I try to stay around the 1200 calories per day range). I did have some oily poops, mainly during the first week as my body was adjusting and if I went overboard on my fat intake. I also had increase bowel movements BUT for me, it was not as bad as I've read in other reviews. I have not had any accidents like others have mentioned. Overall, I give it two thumbs up. It's doing exactly what I need it to do.

I have been taking Alli for almost 1 year. I take 2 pills a day. That's it. I can see the fat coming out of my body when I use the bathroom. I have lost 20 pounds. No gym, no special diet. I am sure my results could have been even more if I had put more effort. These pills are amazing. I recommend them 100%

Highly recommend starting product when you can be home to see the side effects, which teach you how to eat better. Be careful of even "good" fats like avocados and nuts, they will trigger them, as will Atkins or Keto type diets. Unless you want to spend a lot of time in the bathroom. It took about 6 to 8 weeks to see noticeable results, but I was not seeing any at all without this product. Excellent for people who struggle to lose.

I just start about 18 days ago, I am a busy mom of 3 and I do go to the gym 3-4 times a week for almost a hour plus sometime I also do yoga(ones a wk). I have just few ups accident but I was at home. I like this product because it don't give those weird side affect like caffeine crazy affect. I do eat healthy as usual but I need it a push and this seems like its doing his purpose. I will post more as I go to my goal. I start at 157.6 and my goal is 135-140 I will be happy (not overweight). Alli has helped me lose 36 pounds since January 2017 to present date. I'm 5'1 and I was 180 pounds in January its now June and I weigh 144... my goal weight is 135 and I know with alli I'm going to get there. I'm so excited for this new outlook on life. I'm healthier I'm happier , I just all-around feel better. I would definitely recommend alli to anyone who is looking to boost their weight loss accompanied with a low fat diet and exercisingas well!
