Alli works when you follow the instructions, and works best when you eat a low-fat diet. I do not always stick to a low-fat diet and have suffered abdominal cramps.

Start slowly, to let your body get used to it, but you will see that when you eat fatty food, that "OIL" will pass through you. You will literally see oil floating in the toilet that would have been absorbed by your body.

Be careful. These are counterfeit medicine. They are not alli. I received unmarked larger blue capsules with no writing on them. They should have the writing orlistat 60mg.

Works as it says. It gives you awful gas and liquid stools if you eat too much fat because it stops your body from processing extra fat. So, pros and cons. I recommend with a side effects warning.

I have only been on this for over a week. I can't follow all the menus but I try to stick to them as best as I can. I am down 6 pounds. I do yoga in the morning, after my coffee. Then breakfast. Then rest of my day is taking care of the house. I have tried many other diets and still couldn't lose the weight, I would say this is the best product I have used. Don't give up!!

I used Alli a couple of years ago when I was doing Nutrisystem (to lose weight before summer) and it worked really well! I am using it again now to lose a few pounds again before summer!! It really works and I have lost 8 solid pounds this time around. I did not regain all the weight I lost a couple of years ago when I lost 20 pounds on Alli and Nutrisystem combined.

I used to use Xenical years ago and done wonderful. This product obviously is not the same strength, but, does a good job and that depends on your diet and exercise methods. So far, I've lost 20 pounds in two months. I'm continuing to try to lose more weight with this product until I can reach my goal.

OMG the results are unbelievably awesome. I've been talking Alli for a few weeks, these pills are something special!! I've lost about 10lbs in a month. Paired with work outs and dieting omg this is something special! If you follow the directions, there's no reason to score lower than 4 stars.

I took them faithfully and as directed. I also monitored my food and fat consumption with a fitness app and some nice website tools alli included in the box. I experienced side effects like gas and oily stools, but they were manageable. I thought they were working because of the change in my stool visually and frequency however I didn't experience any weight loss or decreased measurements. They really don't work for me , but with the side effects and costs I expected some benefit.
