Works as it says. It gives you awful gas and liquid stools if you eat too much fat because it stops your body from processing extra fat. So, pros and cons. I recommend with a side effects warning.

Start slowly, to let your body get used to it, but you will see that when you eat fatty food, that "OIL" will pass through you. You will literally see oil floating in the toilet that would have been absorbed by your body.

Alli works when you follow the instructions, and works best when you eat a low-fat diet. I do not always stick to a low-fat diet and have suffered abdominal cramps.

This product works great if you follow directions. You should not take this product before eating 3 donuts and some greasy pizza and then act surprised that you have stomach discomfort and loose stools. The product blocks fat from being absorbed by your body so if you continue to consume a bunch of fat you should expect that it's going to come back out of your body unabsorbed. It's a great product when used correctly, it's a game changer for those trying to lose weight!

Could be negative-if you eat a lot of fatty foods, you'll have oil in the "toilet". But the whole point of staying healthy is to NOT eat a lot of Fatty Foods so then you won't have this problem!! Alli keeps me healthy & on target. I now only take it a few times a week. Start strong, stay focused and then you can cut back on the qty of pills. Good Luck

I used to use Xenical years ago and done wonderful. This product obviously is not the same strength, but, does a good job and that depends on your diet and exercise methods. So far, I've lost 20 pounds in two months. I'm continuing to try to lose more weight with this product until I can reach my goal.

I used Alli a couple of years ago when I was doing Nutrisystem (to lose weight before summer) and it worked really well! I am using it again now to lose a few pounds again before summer!! It really works and I have lost 8 solid pounds this time around. I did not regain all the weight I lost a couple of years ago when I lost 20 pounds on Alli and Nutrisystem combined.

I have only been on this for over a week. I can't follow all the menus but I try to stick to them as best as I can. I am down 6 pounds. I do yoga in the morning, after my coffee. Then breakfast. Then rest of my day is taking care of the house. I have tried many other diets and still couldn't lose the weight, I would say this is the best product I have used. Don't give up!!

This product is great to mentally prepare you with your journey to weight loss. It has this little manual that guides you to do emotionally and mentally prepare you. I feel that I over payed for the product. I did lose 3lbs the first week of taking it, and was super happy and pumped for that and motivated me to keep going. The product finished half way through the month, and decided not to buy it again. But I would recommend it as a starter pill.

I started using Alli approximately 2 years ago along with a modified, low-fat diet including an exercise regimen. I actually lost a satisfactory amount of weight and almost reached my weight-loss goals, but due to a back injury had to stop working out for awhile. I recovered and started working about again, but after my supply of Alli ran out I didn't purchase a refill. I signed up with a weight-loss monitoring program, but my weight keeps going up and down. That convinced me to go back to Alli to get back on track; it really works for me and I've not had any negative side effects taking this product and my physician even let me know it's fine to take with my other medication. Thank you Alli for continuing to provide this product as an OTC option in the stores!
