It contains 2% hydrogen peroxide. Has a strong minty flavor to make your mouth feel fresh. When used twice daily for 6 weeks I should see my teeth whitening from the inside out. I got a free sample.

I like the consistency, however, I like a little more paste than this was. To me it was somewhere in between a paste and gel. I love the Colgate brand, and have used it for years and years.
